
Information Communication and Technology Services (ICTS) is the central Information Technology provider for the whole UNSW Canberra campus.
ICTS is a member of the Student and Academic Support Group (SASG) which provides client focused support for the teaching, research, training and administration needs of UNSW Canberra.
Information and Communications and Technology Services is of critical importance to the University in the support of academic enquiry and research, teaching and learning, core business activities and communications. In recognition of this, UNSW Canberra provides computing, email, Internet and communication facilities to its staff and students for the purposes of research, teaching and learning and to support the administration of the University.

Hours of Operation:
ICTS operates 5 days a week Monday to Friday (Canberra business days ONLY)
08:00 to 17:00 (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
