Biographical Note

Author Robert Andrew Anderson (also writing as Robyrt Andru Andyrsyn) was born in Cairns in 1907 and completed his Master of Education at the University of Sydney in 1962. Along with short stories and poetry, Anderson wrote textbooks, as well as numerous pamphlets on the English language, and political and social subjects. In 1987 he published an autobiography entitled The love, laughs and life of an amateur poet : an autobiography in verse of Robert Andrew Anderson
