Linda Dewey

Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr Linda Dewey is a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Public Service Research Group.  Linda's research focus is the role of individual behaviour and the facilitation of organisational change and design of organisational culture.  She also has an interest in strategic human resource management, strategic change management, and the effective use of organisational values in achieving organisational goals.

Linda holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management, Masters of Business and a Bachelor of Business.  Prior to commencing her PhD, Linda worked as a senior consultant to the Australian Public Service (APS) specialising in organisational change and organisational culture; and as an executive and senior executive officer in the APS.  She also has extensisve private sector experience that compliments her APS experience.  She is a skilled facilitator and qualified mediator with extensive experience in family law and youth justice mediations.
