AROC 2020 Researcher Responsibilities

The Annual Research Outputs Collection (AROC) is UNSW's annual internal process for collecting detailed, high quality information on research outputs produced by UNSW researchers.

The information collected as a part of AROC will be used as the foundation for UNSW's ERA submission, to populate a range of university systems and profiles, and for a range of internal reporting activities.

The 2020 AROC assessment period opened on March 8 and will conclude on Monday May 31.  School assessors can now begin assessing nominations.

What do researchers need to do?

Take the following steps to get your publications included in the AROC via the Annual Collection module in ROS:

  1. Claim your publications within ROS
  2. For those publications not found in ROS, add the publications, import from Endnote or Bibtex or adjust your search settings
  3. Within the Annual Collection module, nominate your eligible publications
  4. Where appropriate, update your publications with correct AROC affiliation or assessment information

(NOTE: you will need to be onsite or logged in via VPN for the above links to open the ROS Guide help pages)
